Accommodation An open driveway with space for two full-sized cars ushers you to the entrance porch, providing a convenient spot for beachwear or coats. Stepping into the inviting inner hall, you'll find the ground floor featuring two distinct sitting rooms. The front one boasts a cosy gas fire set within a marble hearth, perfect for those chilly spring or autumn evenings. It also offers a bay window that looks out across the canal, with glimpses of the beach in the distance. Meanwhile, the rear sitting room features patio doors leading to a small terrace and steps up to the garden. Beyond these sitting rooms, you'll discover a generously sized galley kitchen, thoughtfully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, an additional fridge, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric oven, and hob. An archway leads from the kitchen to a bright and spacious conservatory/breakfast room, complete with a table and seating for ten. The ground floor is completed by a convenient shower room with a WC, power shower, and washbasin. Carpeted stairs ascend from the hall to the first-floor bedrooms. At the top, the stairs divide, with two twin bedrooms to the right: one facing the canal at the front and the other overlooking the garden and parish church, featuring French doors leading to a small, railed balcony. To the left of the stairs, the front bedroom offers a 5ft double bed and an attractive bay window with a view of the canal, while the rear bedroom boasts twin beds, a vanity basin, and garden views. From the landing, three steps lead down to a spacious upstairs bathroom with a WC, shower over the bath, and washbasin. Wharfinger's outdoor space comprises three levels. A few steps with a handrail from a small terrace, accessible from the breakfast room and rear sitting room, lead to a sheltered patio furnished with seating and a small table. Further steps ascend to a paved area equipped with a table and seating for eight, ideal for outdoor dining. Lastly, a third set of steps take you to a charming lawned area with a central tree.
