“I would not stay here again if they paid me to stay there.First of all after I paid for this non-refundable place they made me pay for mandatory insurance. This was not disclosed in the ad. I have been renting from rental apps for over 10 years and sometimes as much as 2 times per month and I have never been forced to pay for insurance. “Fantastic property with great views of the mountains and oceans. Lots of wildlife with monkeys, pizotes, macaw’s, hawks & other beautiful birds. The location was excellent. Easy access to main road with a lot of great restaurants and golf in 10 minute range. Fresh fish, fruits and vegetables also available from roadside vendors. The Infiniti pool was very rejuvinating. Our property manager Olmer was incredible. Lots of local knowledge and available for questions. ”

One issue was difficulty in finding the property. We drove around for an hour in the area trying to find it. Would recommend better lighting and/or signage to avoid this in the future. ”

Walter is a friendly and dynamic man. He took good care of us. The garden around the house is meticulously maintained and composed of multiple potted plants and flowers.
