  • Apartamento de un dormitorio, muy luminoso con una hermosa vista abierta, ubicado a solo una cuadra de la Avenida Santa Fe, a 4 cuadras de la estación de metro Palermo, el Jardín Botánico, ya 7 cuadras de la Plaza Cortázar.

    El barrio más grande y más verde de la ciudad, se subdivide en varias unidades más pequeñas pero distintas: Palermo Chico, Palermo Viejo, que se divide aún más en Palermo Soho, Palermo Hollywood y Las Caitas. Con casi 350 acres de parques, áreas boscosas y lagos, diseñados por el arquitecto paisajista francés Charles Thays en 1874, Palermo ofrece un escape pacífico de las prisas del centro de la ciudad. Las familias acuden aquí los fines de semana para hacer picnic, broncearse, andar en bicicleta, patinar en línea y trotar. El campo de polo, donde se celebran los partidos de polo más importantes del mundo, y el hipódromo hacen de esta zona el centro neurálgico de la ciudad para las actividades ecuestres.

    El Soho:
    Esta área se ha vuelto muy popular en los últimos años y puedes encontrar muchos bares preciosos, restaurantes modernos, librerías, talleres, muebles y tiendas de ropa aquí. Todos los fines de semana hay un mercado de huidas en la plaza principal Plaza Cortázar que también se llama Plaza Serrano. Tendrá fácil acceso al transporte público.

    Palermo se ha vuelto muy a la moda en los últimos años y se pueden encontrar muchos bares hermosos, restaurantes modernos, librerías, ateliers, muebles y tiendas de ropa. Todos los fines de semana hay un mercado de huidas en la plaza principal Plaza Cortázar que también se llama Plaza Serrano. Hay un fácil acceso al transporte público.-

    LIVINGROOM: muy bien decorado que combina muebles antiguos con piezas modernas. Con pinturas originales de artistas argentinos. Equipado con un sofá de 3 plazas, 2 sillones, mesa de café y escritorio. También hay una mesa de comedor con cuatro sillas. TV y reproductor de DVD, equipo de música, teléfono y acceso a Internet Wi-Fi. Suelos de madera. Aire acondicionado (frío / calor).

    DORMITORIO: el tamaño king (1. 90 x 2. 00) cama se puede separar en dos camas individuales. Con grandes armarios. Ventilador. Aire acondicionado. Floors.- Madera

    COCINA: con una gran cantidad de luz de la mañana. Completamente equipada con heladera con freezer, microondas, cafetera eléctrica, exprimidor y tostadora eléctrica. Vajilla completa para 6 persons.-

    BAÑO: espacioso y con mucha luz. Completo con bañera. Secador de pelo.-

    LAVADERO: con lavadora, fregadero y tender.-

    BALCÓN: con vista abierta y llena de luz. Hay una mesa y sillas desde donde se puede disfrutar de la puesta de sol. Lo sentimos, no se permiten mascotas en este apartamento.

great stay

the condo was comfortable and convenient to all the sites we wanted to visit. beds were comfortable. there was plenty of hot water. communicating with flor was a breeze and made the stay most enjoyable.

Wonderful stay

The apartment was exactly as advertised - very comfortable and clean. Location is excellent, lots of stores, restaurants and parks nearby. Flor was very welcoming, helpful and easy to reach. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience!

We were in Buenos Aires only a few days. The location was great! Lots of restaurants, a large supermarket (Coto), places to exchange money. The apartment was clean and very secure. The Manager was a great help Very personable!

A super cozy, quiet, spacious and fully-furnished apartment right in the heart of Palermo where you can feel at home for longer stays. Great location, nice flat

Flor and her mom waited for us to greet us upon our arrival, although it was already late at night. They are the best hosts you could want. The flat is near many bars and restuarants and is easily accessible (by metro and bus). It is comfortable. and near the botanical gardens, which makes for a relaxing alternative to the rest of the city. We would definitely want to stay there again.

Wonderful Palermo, Soho location

The location is very convenient. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. There are two elevators in the building. Kitchen has the essentials. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. Flor greeted us and checked in with us mid-week. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.

Flor is very knowledgeable about the area, helped with reservstions. Furniture should be replaced in living room, very old. Some cuttlery had dried food.

Comfortable Stay in BA

Very comfortable apartment. Spacious with a lovely balcony. Good building security. Landlord accommodating and very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help us feel at a home as we had rented for the month of January. Very responsive if we needed to contact her. Lovely neighborhood with restaurants, coffee shops, cafes a health food store and fresh veggie and pasta stores. Would definitely stay there again.

Location and Amenities - Great place to stay

We were excited about the apartment when we booked and even more happy during our stay. First, Flor is wonderful! Communication was easy, she was there when we arrived, and took her time to explain the flat and gave plenty of recommendations for the area. We know we will keep in touch! About the property, we stayed over two weeks and found it just fantastic. The unit has great wifi which was important as I had to work while in town. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had lots of space, and the kitchen had all the tools to cook, which we did. She has plenty of extras as well, washing machine, blackout shades, mosquito screen on the patio door (rarity), full size refrigerator, a kettle, filtered coffee pot, hair drier and so on. I also want to mention patio was large enough for a proper table and chairs for coffee in the morning or sunshine in the afternoon. Additionally, we were their in mid-summer (Feb) and we could open the windows for the breeze, so we rarely needed to turn on air conditioner. Now about the neighborhood, wow. We research areas in advance and knew we wanted to be in Palermo, but didn't know exactly what we would find around the apartment. For us it was perfect, it was in a residential neighborhood and really close to acclaimed restaurants, beautiful terrace cafes, even a few blocks further you will find high end cocktails bars and great shopping. There are loads of parks near by and a major transportation hub just a 7 minute walk. We are major travelers and have lived all over the world, that said I would be quite happy to call Flor's apartment home again!

El dpto muy cómodo, luminoso y con balcón Lo mejor, no hay ruidos de la calle, pudimos descansar como en casa. Todo impecable y Flor una genia con las recomendaciones. Lo súper recomendamos!!!!

Perfect Pad for Palermo

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property was comfortable and had everything we needed. Flor was a great host. She provided us with great suggestions for nearby places to eat and good ideas day trips outside of Buenos Aires. She also responded quickly to our text questions.

Bright apartment in great location

The apartment is in a perfect location with hundreds of restaurants and activities just minutes away. The bed was extremely comfortable and the AC kept the apartment cold even when it was crazy hot outside. Flor was a pleasure to deal with. Easy to communicate, flexible w/check I/O, and always ready. I'd definitely stay here next time I'm in Buenos Aires.

Perfect place

This is amazing confortable place and the area is safe and you have access to going to entire Buenos Aires . A todo aquel que vea este lugar se los recomiendo mucho , Florencia es una persona muy agradable y responsable , el departamento es más lindo de lo que imaginan y con bastante espacio , sin duda será mi destino en cada viaje a Buenos Aires . Home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. It had everything we needed and was a very relaxing stay. Great location. We immediately felt at home from check in. Highly recommended. We know where we will be staying when we go back to Buenos Aires.
