Mi departamento fue decorado por mí pensando en cómo me gustaría vivir si estuviera visitando Buenos Aires, es moderno, cálido, espacioso, tranquilo, cómodo, para que se sienta como en casa.

El espacio

El departamento cuenta con wifi y televisión por cable. También una lavandería en el quinto piso, no necesita ninguna ficha para las máquinas.

Acceso de invitado

En caso de que necesite dejar su equipaje después del check out, podemos ayudarlo. Para más información envíeme un mensaje.
En frente del edificio, cruzando la calle, tiene la parada de autobús turístico que pertenece al gobierno de la ciudad, es segura y una buena opción para visitar los lugares destacados de una manera cómoda.

Maria's apartment was a perfect location for our stay in BA with quick access to some amazing restaurants (shout out to La Porta Nera). The kitchen, bathrooms, office area, and the bedroom area were all perfect for our stay and we would definitely stay again. Communication was on-point and really appreciated how informative and helpful Maria was with the apartment and in general BA knowledge.

Wonderful place

Our stay in Buenos Aires was excellent. We loved our accommodation. It was beautiful, clean and in an excellent location. 5 Star Stay in Palermo

We stayed a week at this wonderful loft apartment in the heart of Palermo. One of my best VRBO experiences ever. Host was super helpful and responsive, apartment was spotless and nicely appointed. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could want. Wonderful balcony with seating. Close to many restaurants, stores, and the subway. We absolutely loved it. Recommend highly with no reservations.

Great place in Palermo

Maria and her husband were incredibly helpful at check in. The apartment is excellent, great bed, appliances and the under appreciated great water pressure! The apartment was very well equipped and spotless. The location was perfect- Palermo is the best location to stay in Buenos Aires! Maria checked with us frequently to make sure all was well. A great stay.

Loft Palermo Soho

Maria is a great hostess. It’s a noisy location - corner of one very busy street (Paraguay) and one fairly busy street (Fray J Santamaria de Oro), but it is Palermo-Soho. Kitchen needs more cooking utensils to facilitate cooking a meal. You have to be careful on the steps to loft, particularly coming down.Carpeting the steps might help. Found lighting in general and upstairs bathroom to be overly bright. Plug-in nightlites would be helpful. Like most rentals, more hooks for towels, hand towels, especially by the bathroom sink and back of bathroom doors would be appreciated. Lounge area is taken up with a rather large, low couch and coffee table. Didn’t find it conducive to hanging out. This apartment probably works better for a single business person as the mini office upstairs is very handy.

A wonderful apartment

This apartment was a great selection for our 5 day stay in Buenos Aires. Maria, the proprietor, contacted us in advance and followed us until we were safely in the apartment. It could not have been easier. The apartment is located near a myriad number of very good to excellent restaurants. The subway station(s) and the excellent bus system is within 10 minute walks, taking you to all the areas of interest.

Great location in Palermo!

Beautiful flat that was very comfortable. Maria was so accommodating she met us and showed us around and even arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport. She has wonderful restaurant recommendations and places to go and see. We hope to be back to this beautiful city.

Luna Del Miel in Palermo!

We stayed here as the first top in Argentina on our 3 week honeymoon. Maria was AMAZING! She met us at the apartment when we got there, showed us everything and gave us all the advice! We took her advice and were so happy we did! She was also very available during our stay to give recommendations and answer questions. The place was well stocked and comfortable. Location is perfect!!

We felt right at home

My wife and I stayed here for 3 weeks. The apartment is beautifully designed, in a recently renovated older building. The neighborhood is safe, our host helpful, we had breakfast on the balcony nearly every day, and we'd reserve it again when we return to BA.

Great Palermo Apartment

This apartment is in a great location! It is close to many restaurants, bars, shops and plazas in Palermo. It is a short cab ride to other neighborhoods in the city. The apartment was decorated nicely, clean and well stocked with what you would need. Maria was so helpful with answering our questions and setting up transportation from the airport. Maria was very flexible with us as our travel plans needed to be adjusted due to flight cancellations. She was a very gracious host and went above and beyond for requests.

Wonderful stay in Palermo!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Maria was a tremendous host. Extremely responsive and gave great recommendations. Even set us up with an airport pickup. The location was perfect…plenty or restaurants and the hop on hop off bus was a 2 minute walk away. The apartment was exactly as advertised on the website. Plenty of space for the two of us and it was even warm enough for us to enjoy a bottle of wine (or more) on the balcony. Thanks Maria!

Spacious apartment in Palermo

This is a spacious apartment in the perfect location to get great food and drinks in Buenos Aires. Palermo is definitely the neighborhood you want to be in if you want some night life and proximity to many attractions. Keep in mind this does mean that there will be noise from the street throughout the night. The apartment is well-equipped and the host is ready to share a lot of information about places to go and foods to eat. Upon arrival, she gave us a very comprehensive overview of tourist sites in the city and she also has many brochures. If you’re going in the winter, not to worry, the heating works well despite how big the apartment is!

SPECTACULAR STAY

One of the all time great stays for us. Maria arranged for a driver for us to meet us at the airport and delivered us to our Buenos Aires home. She met us there and gave us a mini tour and many helpful tips and was in contact at a moments notice. The apt was perfect for my wife and myself. Ample sitting area (especially the balcony where we practically lived when we werent out exploring.) The kitchen has everything you need and the 1.5 baths were a big help. Across the street from the apt is a 365 store with plenty of juice, sodas, and snacks. A couple blocks away was the Carrefor Express which has all the grocery basics. Plaza Serano for so many restuarants was about a 15 minute walk and the famed Don Julio about 10 minutes. Zoo and Rose garden leas than 30 minutes. Incredibly fast ubers were always available in under 5 minutes and very inexpensive. But mainly it was Maria and how much warmth she brings that makes you feel like a citizen of this Seductive city. We were so sad to go but thought 7 days was perfect. Do NOT hesitate if you want to rent this apt. It is one of lifes easiest and best decision!!! Love to you Maria! David and Laura. Oh and if my pictures are included - Valentines flowers for my wife and some sample foods from Piccolina Cafeteria a couple blocks away. Ask for the Media Luna...... Just terrific!!

Perfect Palermo

Great location, with restaurants, cafes, small supermarkets and fruit shops within easy walk. Not far from Plaza Italia for metro into the city and to top sights. Gorgeous parks nearby too, including Ecoparque. Maria is a fab host. She met us at the property and gave us lots of helpful tips/maps for our stay. We loved the well appointed apartment. Has a great vibe and the loft makes it feel so spacious. The apartment block is smart, secure, clean and quiet. Having access to washing machines and a dryer was a bonus. I enjoyed watching the world go by while having breakfast on the quaint terrace. Maria is attentive: when we needed extra pillowcases, she delivered them straight away. A wonderful stay - would definitely recommend!

Great Apartment

Great apartment, great location, and even greater hosts. Street noise can be noticeable, but you can't go wrong with Maria and Guillermo as your hosts to this beautiful and spacious apartment.

This apartment is terrific! It is located in a great neighborhood, and it has all the amenities that you could ask for. Maria was a gracious host and helped us with everything in terms of recommending things to do, directions, etc. If we ever plan to come back to Buenos Aires, we would love to stay here again.

Stay in Palermo, Buenos Aires

Our host, Maria, communicated well in advance, and arranged a pick up at the airport. She was there to greet us when we arrived at the apartment, and let us in early before the regular check-in time which we appreciated. She gave us very useful advice about how to be safe in the city, and what to see. When we had difficulty catching the on off bus, she actually came physically to help us which we very much appreciated. The apartment was very clean, Wi-Fi excellent, excellent temperature control. Location was in a relatively safe area of town with many shops and restaurants nearby. I would strongly recommend this place to future travelers.

FANTASTIC!

Fabulous place. Quiet, clean and perfect location for exploring all BA has to offer whether done on foot or via bus/ taxi/ car. So many close by shops, amazing places to eat, coffee houses and live music (including jazz/blues). We are very sad to be leaving but we know we will be back and hopefully to stay again in this perfect place!!!
