The room was clean and spacious. However, the staff refused to look for an item I left in the room and gave me no explanation. Furthermore, I requested a takeaway breakfast, and when it was due, no one was there to give it to me. “The hotel is new, elegant, spacoius, excellent location, safe”

“Loved every second of staying here. You walk out into the heart of everything. Pedestrianised tourist area with all the historical sites and cafes. The staff make this place. The children, the sons and the mother who prepares the breakfast in the basement. English and Russian spoken Would opt for this over any of the expensive hotels. Good wifi. Very good breakfast.”

“Very new, super clean and great AC!”
