Gran hotel!!”

“A family run hotel in a very convenient location to explore the Bukhara City. Very special thanks to Javohir who arranged taxi for me. His help & advise was invaluable.”

“Very good everything.”

The room was clean and spacious. However, the staff refused to look for an item I left in the room and gave me no explanation. Furthermore, I requested a takeaway breakfast, and when it was due, no one was there to give it to me.

“This place was OK. You get a clean room and bath room when you check in. Everything else was below average. Our room was not cleaned for 3 days. Breakfast is average at best. Power went out for a few hours. Coffee maker was not functioning... You get the drift....For the same price we basically stayed in a place in Samarkand.”

“Location is incredible! Close to many sites and lots of shopping. The hotel is not luxurious but it is clean, the beds are comfortable and did I mention the location! The breakfast was excellent - fruit, hard cooked egg in the shell, a pastry filled with meat, one with potato, and a sweet pastry. All served at the table in the courtyard. The air conditioner worked well, there was a small refrigerator in the room and we received free transport from the train station on arrival (advance notice...
