EN PRIMER LUGAR me instalaron en un4º PISO POR ESCALERAS, TENGO 74 AÑOS YO Y 70 MI ESPOSA, A MI RECLAMO ME REUBICARON EN PLANTA BAJA.- EN OCASION DE DUCHARME LA PUERTA DEL RECEPTACULO TENIA UNA BISAGRA EN NO MUY BUENAS CONDICIONES, AL QUERER SALIR DEL MISMO LA PUERTA SE CAYO Y CON ELLA YO LASTIMANDOME Y LLENANDOME DE PEQUEÑOS VIDRIOS EN TODO ELCUERPO, ESTO DERIVO EN UN CONFLICTO PUES YO RECLAMABA Y LA GENTE DEL HOTEL, SU GERENTE, ANTIPATICO Y DESCORTES EXIGIA EL PAGO DE LA REINSTALACION DE LA ALUDIDA PUERTA, AMENAZANDOME CON DENUNCIARME EN POLICIA E IMPEDIRME SALIR DEL PAIS, SITUACION QUE HIZO QUE ME HICIERA CARGO DEL EVENTO. TOTALMENTE INJUSTO E INJUSTIFICADO

The attention to detail at check in is poor and the link to more information on checking in was not helpful. With the help of some residents of the building, we were able to make our way to the correct entrance. The studio is comfortable. Some things that could be improved: adding a toilet paper roll holder, not providing a years supply of salt. The balcony was a nice space, but the view from the balcony is of the side of the building and not the castle.

Es un buen hotel, con habitaciones de tamaño regular, limpio, seguro, con personal muy amable, cerca de lo mas importante para ver.
