“The hotel is conveniently located in the central CBD. Staff is always helpful. However, the hotel rooms can do with updates - I have stayed at the hotel a few times and I find the rooms have electric plugs coming off the walls, bulbs not working, wardrobes are old and now give off that old smell. I lived off my suitcase as I feared the transfer of the wardrobe smell to my clothes.
Shower was draining very slowly until I notified reception, they promptly attended to it. Bedroom walls had smudges...
“Overall my stay went very well. Staff was very kind and ready to assist, the breakfast included was simple but tasty and the restaurant also provides quality. The room was comfy and spacious. The only drawback was that my room faced the main street which was very busy and noisy both Saturday and Sunday night. Monday was perfect though.”

There was a little fridge and kettle, in our room. bedding was nice and clean and the bed comfortable.
The only concern was that the shower water was luke warm..
