“Very nice property to stay at in Old Orchard Beach! It’s a very quiet neighborhood with a fully enclosed backyard, which was nice for my dog. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the beach, which is very convenient as well. Only thing that I would have liked was to have access to regular cable on the tv, since I couldn’t watch NESN with Roku. But still would give this place 5 stars! We had a lovely time. 😊”

The outdoor space was so comfortable, I spent every morning on the deck reading, and we spent every evening around the fire pit. “The property was great and a very convenient location to the beach, shops, and pier. They have everything you could possibly need except food and clothing! Very clean, TVs and ACs in every room. The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. “The location was amazing! Walking distance to the pier, and right by the beach! We enjoyed that it was far enough down from the pier that the beach was a bit less crowded but we were still able to walk downtown. The accommodations are very cute and rustic. Some things could use attention, like paint touch ups and the patio table needs replacing… however these were minor issues and we will be back! ”

“We booked this stay with two must-haves in mind: 1) beachfront location and 2) space for five—and this place absolutely delivered and then some.
