The two bedroom apartment (number 6) was our favorite.... down the end of the row and block out cutrains made the master room super dark. The 2nd stay we were in number 1 and unfortunately the high light window on both the side and above the door allows for the morning light to stream in... it was nothing my eye mask didnt fix though! “We weren't provided with the check-in info email as was promised. When we arrived there was no one to attend the front office and no one was picking up the calls either. The voicemail says "To leave a message please call again "..seriously?? I had to message Expedia chat line, which I believe was overseas but the other accommodation they offered me was 20kms away, which we couldn't do at that time of the night. “Beuat and comfy room. Very narrow check times. Poor WiFi. Wobbly hot/cold water, probably installed by Mr. Bean himself. Brekkie to be self cooked. 150ml milk with amazing granola, bring more milk with you. Stale bread. Eggs and bacon cook yourself, if you find the power switch to the stovetop, it is well concealed. Lack of power outlets. ”

“Place was good we stayed in the spa suite and the spa didn't work properly aswell the phone in the room! Location was great with restaurant on-site with room service.. just order at the restaurant and they will bring it to your room load up on the buffet aswell. Definitely will stay again fingers crossed we get a better spa experience.. The Staff were fantastic especially the young lady explaining stuff and the young fella in the restaurant keep up your perfect customer service 👌 ”

“Room had zero soundproofing. Could hear the neighbors on either side, as well as the wedding going on all night behind us. The mini fridge made noise all night long as well. The door had gaps all around it so we were concerned about pests coming through, as well as the cigarette smoke from our neighbors drifting under it. Also the wifi did not reach our room so couldn’t even connect to it. Poor hotel for a beautiful little town. ”
