Great place, very basic management
The house itself is clean and spacious, and great for large groups. They accepted our checkout at noon with no extra cost, which we really appreciated. The grill was useful to have for BBQ. Terrace is small with only 2 chairs on the front patio, no real outdoor seating.However, the place is clearly only used for rentals, especially the kitchen. Cutlery, plates, cooking utensils were very basic and lacking essential things like more than 1 cutting board, bowls and pitchers. No salt & pepper, sugar, cooking oil, etc, and only 2 soap pods for the dishwasher and 1 extra trash bag.The beds were not made, but the new sheets were clean and folded, left on the beds. It was our first time seeing a place where we were expected to both make the beds and remove the linens at check out. The bathrooms did not have extra toilet paper, and we were told the built-in shampoo and shower gel were "for the owners" when we complained that the bottles were empty. However, once we contacted the management company with these complaints, they were able to send extra dish soap, shower gel and trash bags within a few hours, which we really appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but if these things were communicated ahead, our stay would have been much smoother.
