¡Renovación completa de arriba a abajo completada en abril de 2019! Estamos hablando de actualizaciones de estilo HGTV: un poco Fixer Upper, un poco Flip o Flop. ¡Wake & Lake LKA es realmente el lugar donde querrá despertarse y lamer este año!


Completo con una cocina moderna y funcional, electrodomésticos Samsung nuevos y gabinetes estilo Shaker. Además, la cocina se abre a la gran sala, y con su isla de gran tamaño, será perfecta para fiestas y trabajos de preparación para fiestas.

Y hablando de la gran sala, está llena de excelentes vistas y tiene fácil acceso al aire libre. Tres puertas corredizas de vidrio se abren al nuevo porche cubierto expansivo, donde incluso encontrará una bañera de hidromasaje para disfrutar en esas noches más frescas en el lago. Una mesa de comedor para 12 personas en el interior junto con un juego de comedor al aire libre para 16 personas hace que sea fácil entretener a amigos y familiares por igual. Un cómodo sofá de gran tamaño es el lugar perfecto para ver la televisión de pantalla grande (o simplemente la puesta de sol).

En este nivel, encontrará el dormitorio principal con una cama king y baño en suite. El baño principal incluye un tocador con doble lavabo, bañera y ducha. Dos dormitorios más están en el nivel superior, con un baño completo compartido entre ellos. Ambas habitaciones tienen camas queen y televisores.

En la planta baja, encontrará dos dormitorios y baños más, así como otra gran sala para ver la televisión de pantalla grande, jugar y relajarse. Una habitación cuenta con dos camas king size más un baño privado con tocador doble y combinación de ducha y bañera. La otra habitación es perfecta para niños y adolescentes con dos literas completamente llenas. Al igual que las habitaciones de arriba, cada una de estas habitaciones tiene su propia televisión.

El cuarto de lavado también está abajo, y allí, encontrará otra nevera para almacenar bebidas y otros aperitivos. También hay una habitación de Florida en la planta baja, que es perfecta para disfrutar de una taza de café o una copa de vino y las relajantes vistas al lago.

Y eso no es todo: Wake & Lake tiene una sala de fiestas / juegos que se encuentra sobre el garaje exterior. Si visita Wake & Lake con un grupo mixto, uno al que le gusta quedarse despierto hasta tarde y otro que se acuesta temprano, la sala de fiestas es el escape perfecto para la corona nocturna. Cuenta con un baño completo, además de un bar incorporado y muchos asientos cómodos y un televisor de pantalla grande.

Pero vamos a lo que realmente quieres en el lago: sí, estamos hablando del lago Anna. Wake & Lake tiene una casa de botes con un porche, donde puedes disfrutar de una comida, una copa de vino (o cerveza) además de las increíbles puestas de sol por las que esta zona es conocida. Tenemos una gran playa de arena de 1800 pies cuadrados para los visitantes de Wake & Lake, lo que hace que sea aún más fácil disfrutar de las frescas aguas del lago.

Beautiful home with everything you could need including a Keurig and gas grill with gas provided. Lovely view and plenty of room for extended family to eat and play together. Its our second stay here and we would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Wake & Lake! The house has plenty of space, seating and is very well appointed with everything you might need. Susan was super helpful and welcoming. We were very thankful for the firewood and fire pit, as we enjoyed that thoroughly. Beautiful sunsets and foliage only added to a very memorable stay. Hopefully we will make our way back some day. Thank you Andy and Susan!

My family and friends ALL LOVED it! I can’t say how wonderful a stay this was. Plenty of parking which was a must for our huge family event, lots of room, plenty to keep you busy, beautiful view of the lake, plenty of seating for a large group. The only negative I would have ( and it’s petty on my part) was that there were no cleaning supplies. I am a clean freak and it was hard for my sister and I to leave without cleaning the way we do at home. Dish washing liquid, a very small bottle, would have made the trip complete 😄 Thank you Susan and Andy for a wonderful weekend! You’re THE BEST!!!!

We had 5 families stay at this beautiful property including 7 children. We had a fantastic time. House was super clean and the kitchen was the most well stocked I’ve ever seen in a rental property. It was set up perfectly for our large group to spend time together or time apart! The kids loved the beach and the shallow swimming area. The only cons I can mention would be the dishwasher needs an upgrade and the downstairs sinks and tubs were slow to drain. Can’t wait to rent this wonderful property again! Thanks Andy and Sue!

Perfect sunsets and peaceful waters for swimming paddle boarding and kayaking and clear skies for stargazing. Plenty of room in the house to spread out and relax and enjoy lots of activities . Wake and Lake is in a great location and is as pictured, updated and comfortable. Property manager Susan super nice and very easy to reach. We rented the pontoon boat. It was perfect for seeing the whole private side of the lake . The house has a sandy beach front we spent a lot of time there sunning in chairs and floating on the water. We had a fantastic time and we plan to return. Thank you Andy and Susan for sharing your amazing retreat with us .

We had a great time at the house, and the only complaint was that the Internet/WIFIb was really slow which impacted the house TVs. We know this is being corrected as they had just started to install Fiber optic at the end of our stay. The main floor upstairs was a bit noisy with the bedrooms on either side.... kudos to Susan, the property manager as she is a great communicator and responsive to our needs.

We enjoyed everything regarding our stay at the lake house. The parents started their day off with coffee on the pontoon boat. We had several outings to cooler coves on the lake for swimming and fishing. The paddle boards were used all day long and have sparked a new hobby! The teens and young adults enjoyed the game room above the garage. Family meals were prepared every night in the large kitchen and enjoyed at the large tables indoors and outdoors. The deck fan made sitting outside very enjoyable at dinner time. All the beds in the house were comfortable. We all slept great and woke up refreshed every morning ready to go!

Perfect weather. 60-70°. Great layout for family of 8. Decent memory foam-firm mattresses. Plenty of pillows-no extra bedroom blankets. A lot of towels. Kitchen decently stocked, although glassware could be updated. Need to bring firewood in March. Plenty of smart tvs. Hot tub is great! 2 terrific grills (standard and black stone griddle).

Andy was quick to respond to any questions I had. The property manager Susan was very nice willing to accommodate my family during the Christmas Holiday with the check in and out times. We loved the house and it was just like the listing in the site. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pot and pans. There was toilet paper and paper towels already there but we brought some just in case and left some for the Next group. There was plenty of space for everyone. Game room for the young adults was a plus. The steps were a challenge to downstairs so keep that in mind if you cannot do steps. The boat house and lake were beautiful. They had fishing poles and a jet pack for use. We did a little fishing but did not catch anything. We loved the gas fire place and the gas grill. It rained so we did not get to use the fire pit but maybe next time. We will definitely rent from Andy again. My family and I loved the property and will be back again when it is warm so we can enjoy the lake.

We rented this property for a family reunion. We could not have been more satisfied. The property is wonderful and everything we'd hoped for. The privacy, the view of the lake, the house itself...outstanding. We hope to stay at his property again for our next reunion.

This is a beautiful home with a lovely view of the lake, great boathouse and dock, paddleboards, kayaks, canoes, fishing gear, the works! Everyone had a wonderful time, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked. The manager was incredibly responsive. The extra game room over the garage was enjoyed by the teenagers and could sleep another group on the sofa bed - it has its own fridge, sink and bathroom. The hot tub was lovely. The beach has a quick drop off but you can walk into the water at the boat launch if needed. The only problem was that the WiFi was very slow and unreliable - so it was almost impossible to watch any of the provided TV streaming services. But we spent most of the time doing other things so this was not a terrible problem for us.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The house was spotlessly cleaned, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Property manager Susan and her husband, were friendly and prompt in responding to our questions, and when we ran into a problem with the internet not working, they made it a priority to get it up and running. We really enjoyed our stay thanks to a beautiful home, great location and attentiveness of the property manager.

Our family, parents, grown kids and grandkids, thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Wake and Lake. The house is very comfortable with a number of gathering spaces for everyone and comfortable bedrooms and baths for all. We especially enjoyed the private beach, playing on and in the water; floating on rings, fishing, canoeing, and paddle boarding. The fire pit was enjoyed at night. The hot tub was very relaxing. Overall, it was our most relaxing family vacation ever.

We had a great time - easy check in/out and great communication with the property manager/owner. The house is not stocked with toiletries or many non-perishable food items (spices, etc…) but some of that may build up as we stayed in the off-season. Great yard, beautiful views of the lake. Closer to neighbors than we were expecting based on the listing but it’s so peaceful it wasn’t a big deal. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, modern house on Lake Anna with plenty of space for large groups. Make sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags as these items weren’t provided! Also bring any extra blankets you think you might need.
