This bright and welcoming ground-floor apartment has been thoughtfully furnished to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. Perfectly positioned opposite Bunbury Pioneer Memorial Park, it's an ideal place to slow down, explore the coast, and enjoy everything Bunbury has to offer.

The apartment features two comfortable Queen bedrooms with quality linen, built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, creating a peaceful space to unwind and enjoy a restful night's sleep. Travelling with a little one? A portable cot is available on request.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner, including a full-size fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, cookware, instant coffee and an espresso machine.

After a day at the beach or exploring the South West, settle into the cosy living area with complimentary Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix, and comfortable lounge seating—the perfect place to relax and recharge.

The beautifully renovated bathroom is spacious and modern, featuring quality finishes, a large vanity and plenty of room for two people to get ready comfortably.

Outside, you'll find a private front seating area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with an evening drink. Please note that the apartment does not have a backyard.

One of the things guests love most is the location. You're just 300 metres from Bunbury's beautiful beaches and vibrant café strip, with boutique shopping, restaurants, the waterfront, Rocky Point and the Bunbury Lighthouse all within easy walking distance. Leave the car behind and enjoy exploring the city on foot.

A few important things to know

• No pets
• No school leavers' bookings
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property

A $200 refundable security deposit is required before your stay and will be refunded after checkout once the property has been inspected and everything is in good order. If the deposit is taken as a pre-authorisation, it will simply appear as a temporary hold rather than a charge.

To help keep everyone safe, we'll also need photo ID from the primary guest before check-in.

The apartment is fully self-contained and includes the essentials to help you settle in comfortably—we've tried to think of the little things so you can simply arrive, unpack and enjoy your stay.
