“Since we arrive Cedric helped us out with the check in. We arrived late at night because of a delay flight. We were tired and Cedric made sure we had a smooth and fast check in so we could get to rest. He was friendly and nice. In the reception there was Avril, she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She helped us with all our tour booking, gave us recommendations, helped us with our transportation. “As first time travellers to Palm Cove we had high expectations but disappointed at the Aging of the Peppers Resort. Overall the resort is good but needs work and upgrades. Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you have difficulties with climbing stairs then choose a room with a lift or other.”
