  • This is a dry bunkhouse cabin that sleeps up to 6 on our 8-acre tree farm. It is a warm secure place to sleep and relax. It has a log full size bunk bed and a queen log bed. It has lights and electricity. It has heat, but no air conditioning, no plumbing, and no cooking facility.. Its location is under a large maple tree so it keeps cool in the Summer. Our outhouse is 50 ft away. Guests can use the Barn clubhouse amenities from 8 am to 9 pm. Amenities include kitchen, bathroom, shower, laundry, and a fridge. Wifi is available property-wide. Wifi TV provided. potable water available close by.
    We are 12 miles or 15 minutes off Interstate 5. We charge EV vehicles.

I really like this property, it was exactly what I needed. It's just far enough from town but still close enough and is a very relaxing place to stay. I would stay here again for future visits.

Such a lovely place. Only 5 minutes outside of Lebanon, but so quiet and peaceful. The cabin was clean and well appointed, with a tidy outhouse nearby and the barn with full kitchen and bathroom amenities a minutes' walk away.

We originally needed a place to stay and keep small RV trailer while getting some non trailer sleep and visiting daughter for parent weekend at OSU - but our trip was cut short and just needed a place to crash. Either way this place was great ! Great communication, beautiful land and perfect amenities (kitchen/shower/laundry/game room/fire pit)!. Only issue is we did not have time to enjoy them all! next time we will bring the trailer and possibly use one of the RV sites. We look forward to returning soon! Thank you, Carsner family!

This cute little dry cabin is exactly as described. I gave it five stars because of this. I do think a few tweaks could make it even more amazing. There are essentially 3 queen or double bed in the cabin (one is a stacked bunk style). I think having part of the space as comfortable seating would add a lot. Additionally, having a small table with two chairs would be great for eating/playing games.

The cabin is perfect for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable.

The property is great, it’s quiet, relaxing and a perfect spot to just unwind if you need it. The owners were great. They are friendly and want to make sure their guests are comfortable. I loved seeing the deer, having amazing honey and great conversations with them. I would absolutely stay here again.

Would love to stay longer next time, I enjoyed the rustic environment and there’s lots to do around the property. We had fresh eggs from the coop for breakfast and a few early blackberries. Everything went smoothly, helpful host!

Loved the big campfire. Wish I could have sat and talked longer but we rode bikes for 89 miles and went to bed early. Mike and Stephany were great hosts.

Great place!

It's a beautiful property. You can grab decent food on your way in off of I-5. Check in is super easy. Mike and Stephany are wonderful to deal with, and super accommodating. Very affordable place to lay your head, as long as you understand what a dry cabin is and prepare. Definitely recommended and will be back!

Awesome little dry cabin

Stopped for the night on our way from Washington to Dunes City, OR. Cabin fit the bill for a quick getaway. Unfortunately did not get to explore the property as we just stayed to sleep and headed out early in the morning.

Lovely Setting in a Peaceful Valley

I stayed at the farm because I was participating in a sport events at Foster Lake. The cabin on the property was the perfect place to stay before, and after, events. The bird song was awesome, and I loved having the chickens pecking about. It was very peaceful, which I needed to quiet my nerves! Mike and Stephanie are great hosts.

Cute Cabin

Awesome spot on a farm with a bunch of wildlife which was great to see. Only thing that was a surprise is they the bathroom, shower, and kitchen area are locked before 8am and after 9pm. This was pretty inconvenient for us since we hiked super early and woke up at 6am each morning.

Great spot for us to land while traveling with our dog for a football game at OSU. It was a 30 minute drive or less to Corvallis and easy to access. Sooooo quiet which we really needed after staying at the noises ever hotel in The Dalles. It is dry and has no bathroom nearby. The outhouse is close. There is a refrigerator and water on the deck for drinking and refrigerating your goods. They also had a picnic table and barbecue for your use. The main bed was harder but still comfy in my opinion. The crisp air and quiet was worth it!
