This is the worst hotel I had ever been. Definite not a 5 star hotel, not even 3 star (not sure how they got 5 star label).
We booked executive suite. This room is old, incomplete and nasty, not ready to accommodate guests. Executive suite is not as advertised, the room has no city view, only view of the hospital and vaccine center. Windows don't have glass from floor to ceiling as shown on their website.
When we checked-in, there is no safe box in the room, no hair dryer
Empty walls with pictures removed (nails are still in the wall)
Night stands are dirty (see the dirty paper after we cleaned), stain on the walls.
Stain on the towels
Stain on old bumpy carpet.
Bathroom door rubs on the floor causing noise when closed or opened
Shower drains slowly, water back up. The person came to fix it told me that I should tell the cleaning person to clean the hair on the shower drain each time they come to clean my room (is it my job to tell them ????). Btw, he did not completely fix it.
The night light became hot and causing burning smell.
Couch has cigarette burn mark (nonsmoking room), TV remote control missing the battery cover.
Breakfast is very small selection. Staff in breakfast is not friendly, look not happy, no smiling, no greeting.
