“Upon arrival on a Thursday early afternoon, we found the twin room clean with reception informing us our room would be cleaned again on the Saturday. When we returned later that day (Saturday), the sheets were not changed, the rubbish bins not emptied and the bathroom had not been cleaned either. Was a fantastic little staycation for my family with young kids.

“Reception staff were exceptionally helpful, but the bathroom did have mould in the shower and the showerhead didn't work the first day, but the reception staff organised a plumber immediately. Also one of toiler paper holders was broken.
Whilst the reception staff were fabulous I did not think that I should be reporting faults which should have been picked up by the cleaning staff and reported before the room was occupied.
The food and staff at the hotel were excellent.”
