Property manager was very responsive. We were a little taken aback by the construction going on right outside the house but that was basically out of their control. Just surprised by it and bummed about how early it started - 7am!!Overall, highly recommend!”

“This was the best rental experience I’ve ever had! Jim was so kind and provided so many extras that made our stay so easy! He was by far the best host which made the whole experience top notch. We just had to bring our personal stuff. It was nice to be able to use the house wagon, chairs, beach toys and so on. The house was super clean which is very impressive for a beach house! So many little things were thought of, like hooks in the shower for a wet swim suit or the bag of ice in the freezer...

“Perfect stay for 2. We really enjoyed our stay. Short walk to beach access, clean space, it’s a smaller room but decorated nicely with some great amenities like a coffee maker & pods, sugar and cream. We also enjoyed the swing on the screened in porch. They even had a few treats for our small dog Lola who enjoyed them. Very thoughtful and accommodating.
