Nuestra encantadora recién decorado apartamento de un dormitorio se encuentra en la sección de la colina histórica de esta ciudad única y encantadora. Ofrece un entorno verde, características de bienestar, y más.

Independiente segundo piso de un dormitorio situado en una zona tranquila de la sección histórica colina, a sólo 10 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad.
Ideal para aquellos que quieran visitar y explorar la ciudad y sus muchos restaurantes excelentes. Es un gran punto de partida para explorar magnífico lago Champlain.

El apartamento ha sido recientemente renovado con materiales naturales y libres de sustancias tóxicas en el respeto de su salud y bienestar. Mary Anne’s carriage house was cozy, well-stocked, and impeccably clean. We were provided with detailed, easy instructions for everything. We loved this place and can’t wait to come back!

We hope to stay at Marys Place each year and have enjoyed our stay during our visits. Her unique touches are so appreciated and very much feels like "home"! Beautiful accomodations, lovely linens, exquisite taste across her lovely home. Looking forward to another stay in October!!!

Lovely place

The carriage house was new, super clean and very comfortable. We could walk into the downtown area and the waterfront. We highly recommend this place!

Great location

Wonderful time in Burlington! The location is great, close to downtown and bike path. There was everything we needed and the space is amazingly comfortable. Will definitely rent here again when we visit Burlington.

Lovely Get Away

This carriage house was located a short walk from downtown Burlington and had everything I needed for a two night stay. The host was very responsive and the property was clean and well-stocked.

Perfect for two people!

This property is a perfect place to stay for two people. We loved the distance from downtown, the size of the apartment, and everything about it! Highly recommend this property if you want to be a short ways from downtown and driving distance to anything.

Wonderful stay

Loved this property. The garage apartment was very well appointed and very comfortable. The rest of the property was absolutely gorgeous. Great location and great communication with the owner. Hope to come back soon.

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed staying at the Carriage Barn. Mary Ann thought of every little detail to make our weekend so comfortable from the filtered water to the bottle of wine. We walked downtown to the farmers market and dined several times on Church Street. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Wedding Weekend

This was a fantastic place to stay! My wife and I attended a wedding and were looking for somewhere more affordable than the many overpriced hotels in the area. We could not have been happier when we lucked out and found this suit. We were less than a mile from downtown Burlington (we walked to town most days), air conditioning was in the suit, and the host was amazing. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Burlington.

Sweet!

The Wellness Suite really was sweet! Very comfortable, with lots of extra nice touches - coffee, tea, juice, milk, and some very handy packets of oatmeal and granola for breakfast. Plus a welcome bottle of wine! Mary Ann was excellent at communicating everything I needed to know for my first stay here. Thank you!

Fantastic Get-AwAy

Our stay at the Carriage House was perfect from start to finish. The property is spotless, and was perfect for the two of us to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Burlington. The owners have thought of everything to make the Carriage House comfortable, and cozy. The property is close to everything… UVM, Champlain College, and downtown, as well as a short drive to all surrounding areas. What a splendid weekend!

Wonderful, cozy and private carriage house apartment

Great location for easy access to downtown, and a short (10 minute) bike ride to the bike path. This second-floor carriage house apartment is wonderful-. private and cozy, beautifully furnished, well-equipped kitchen, quiet residential neighborhood. We would highly recommend it.

So very nice

Everything was great. As my son is very tall the host provided an air mattress so sleep on. She left us a jar of milk and orange juice in the refrig and many other basics. Very nice the air purifier, extra heat in bathroom and great bed. We would stay again

Perfect Carriage House

The Wellness Suite is perfect for a couple visiting Burlington. It’s in an ideal location— walkable to the Church Street Marketplace and many other fabulous restaurants. Mary Ann provides wonderful touches throughout her impeccably designed and maintained space. The Wifi was very good allowing my husband to work remote for part of the time we were there. One of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at! Do not hesitate to book this carriage house if it’s available. We were very lucky that the dates were free for a quick weekend visit in the summer.

Great base if ever in Burlington

Mary Ann’s apartment in Burlington it a great place to stay if you’re ever in the area. It was very clean, well appointed and with lots of room for the two of us. It was great to have offstreet parking and to be within a fairly easy and level walk to town (15 min). The host had generously supplied quite a lot of provisions, but it was also very handy to the fantastic City Markets, which is a lot like WholeFoods. We especially loved having a deck of the lounge / kitchen area and we used the barbecue on two evenings. It is a great set up for a short stay in Burlington.

Weekend of solitude

This place was immaculate and just perfect for a weekend of solitude and relaxation. It was a little less than a mile to Church St and the downtown waterfront. I walked everywhere. Note: the house is at a top of a hill. At the bottom of the hill was the farmers market, ArtsRiot (not open when I was there) plus a few places to grab a beer or glass of wine. I would totally stay at this place again.

Lovely!

The Wellness Suite was exactly as described/pictured. Very well equipped, clean, and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful extras. We brought our bikes, and there is a secure place to lock them up so you didn’t have to have them on your car’s bike rack when doing other activities. Mary Ann was super responsive to all of our questions and provided great instructions for how to access the property, use equipment, where extras were stored. Thank you - we hope to be back!
