Yo puedo entender que había un número alto de personas hospedadas por los eventos de graduación y la gente que asistía a los diferentes juegos deportivos en los estadios cercanos. I can understand that there was a high number of guests due to the graduation events and the people attending the different sports games in the nearby stadiums. However, how is it possible that the hotel did not prepare in advance for such a situation? I asked not just one, but more than three employees about the graduation, and none of them had any information.
