“Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. “The hotel is ideally situated for Leeds Bradford airport and I have used it several times as a night before the stupid o”clock flight the next day. Parking is easy and disabled spaces are right outside the reception entrance. Better policing of unauthorised use of the disabled parking spaces could be reviewed. I fly too early to sample the breakfast unfortunately. I have never used any of the amenities except for the restaurant. The food is good and set at a reasonable price. The staff are...
