I will never stay here again!

I booked a hot tub room with Hotels.com at Burton Inn. When we got there the desk clerk said they didn't even have hot tub rooms for rent! We got a king bed room for the night with broken furniture, no remote for the TV, a refrigerator that had moldy, stinky mess (filled the room for hours with that smell!) and a door that didn't lock properly! For this we paid $70?!?!

The reviews are right the room was not very clean and one cup coffee maker was there with Cord Cut off the shower was really dirty the blankets on the bed were horrible something was going on in the front of the hotel in room 104 people going in and out every 2 to 3 minutes. The TV cord was spliced so the picture doesn’t even come in very good Just a nasty place

Room was dirty and dead bugs on table old trash from other people left in room sink was leaking no towel no remote for tv . Front desk was rude

It looked like a crack motel with broken door locks and dirty pair of underwear was in my bathroom which tells me it wasn't cleaned. Cigarette burns were everywhere! The desk chair was torn to shreds.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The hotel looks nothing like picture, maybe it did 30 yrs ago! completely run down with carpet as old as building! outside area also dirty with trash everywhere. rooms were not cleaned. It was disgusting!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Some pretty rough looking people in and out all during night hrs, questionable? Will NEVER stay again!

Please DO NOT stay here!! It is dirty and trashy and has bed bugs!! I'm STILL dealing with bites and PRAYING TO GOD that the bugs aren't in my car and home

Needs A New Manager And New Cleaning People

First room I got was completely dirty . Hair and glue was all in the sink . Bathroom . Nothing was clean honestly except the beds. So he gave me another room after me waiting in the lobby because he was “using the bathroom” So this room he gives me already has ashes on the microwave, in the trash can and on the nightstand but I still took the room . So now fast forward to when I leave to go get something , I don’t have a key cause he switched me rooms . Went to the lobby he was nowhere to be found . More customers came in still nowhere to be found . So I knocked in the room that he was in and he claims he was “using the bathroom” just say you was sleep -_-

Horrible all around

Made reservation after 6pm. Got to hotel at 1230 am and the lady says they don’t hold reservations after 6pm. People were blasting music outside. Overall glad I didn’t stay. Never recommend

False Pretenses.

The app says that the room looks differently. My reservation didn't get processed at all so I didn't get the collection of my nights. The tv channels were fuzzy and some didn't show at all. The carpet was damaged and poorly maintained. The entire room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Checked in turned the heat on and left. 3 hours later still freezing!! Jacuzzi tub soaked the whole enitre bathroom floor before it was on for 3 min! Clothes and other personal items soaked and ruined😔😔😔 telephone line cut so i couldnt contact office via call so i went to the office to heari only work front desk idk what to tell ya. Never again will i spend 100dollars for an anniversary weekend to an establishment worth20 a night

Cat turd

There was a large cat turd in our room. Yes, you read that right. So of course the rest of the room was dirty and gross. Hairs all over surfaces, clogged sink and cat poop. The parking lot was not salted so you could enjoy a night death trap of a walk to your cat Poop room. 0/10 would NOT RECOMMEND.
