“Booked with parking to be told my room does not come with parking luckily room to park Room ok bed comfy but needs a deep clean star carpet filthy and room carpet dirty Italian restaurant good ”

“Booked a one night stay to extend another hotel stay close by so we could do the Churnet Valley rail trip. Had a comfortable stay, everything very clean & comfortable. Was a little disconcerted to find we were actually staying in the house with the owner, an unknown experience for us. Julie was very friendly & helpful. Really appreciated the cold bottles of water we were given and the brunch bar.”
