I have stayed at this property, more times than one, however this stay was terrible and I will be further pursuing for my money back including the cleaning charges.I checked in on the 20/07/26 for a 3 night stay, bearing in mind that I stayed the week before, I walked into the double bed bedroom to find that the pillow cases had not been changed/washed from leaving the Thursday before. I would have assumed that the property was occupied over that weekend because there was a takeaway receipt on the floor next to the drawer unit beside the bed. The bathroom, had only a quarter of a toilet roll on the holder, when it is normally full of toilet rolls, meaning, to go over to Morrisons to purchase some more.The bath perimeter and the top rim was full of black hair, of which I had to clean myself before entering the shower. The towels had not been cleaned to a satisfactory standard, i.e. Black marks and what looked like, fake tan staining and no tea towel supplied in the kitchen to dry the washing up. I messaged the host my concerns above straight away. He sent a reply informing me that he would speak to the cleaners. Hopefully, thinking that he would arrange for the cleaners to come back the next day while I was out all day, to rectify the cleaning issue and redistribution of towels, bedding etc, only to find, that on my return the next evening, nothing had been done.This property is advertised through Vrbo as a luxury apartment, There is nothing luxurious about it!!!!
