“This space is lovely, with lake views and well-maintained grounds. You can tell that the owners have put in work to make this place comfortable and accommodating. My room was comfortable with hot water, AC, newly installed internet, TV, fridge, etc. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I requested an airport shuttle and the owner reached out to make sure they had picked me up. Even offered to keep the kitchen open late for me if I needed food upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Avoid!! Hotel in great location and should have been nice BUT.... I don't normally write reviews but this place was a nightmare from the start. On my arrival at 10.30pm from the airport, reception showed me to a tiny dark room with no view rather than the double dulux with lake view I'd booked. They told me Expedia had not paid them enough, my booked room wasn't available and this is all I could have - what a scam! The place was empty and the excuse was an obvious lie. “My stay at Saffron started out well. The pick up from the airport was timely and the car was clean. The driver, Brian, was very respectful and professional. The check-in process was flawless. Promise, the daytime receptionist was so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The meals were well prepared and they heeded to my requests of special meals due to my food allergies. “The place felt very safe and in a nice setting with plenty of green outside space. Rooms were very clean and spacious with nice private front terraces. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the onwer, Agnes, who arranged sightseeing trips in the area, airport transfer (15 mins) and other transport for us.
