Beach Haven—A Year-Round Retreat by the Sea

Perfectly set on Broadwater Beach between Busselton and Dunsborough, this family retreat features open-plan living, heating and cooling and three full bathrooms. Dive into crystal waters across the road and rinse away the sand in the outdoor shower. In the cooler months, cosy up by the fireplace or under the stars by the fire pit. Enjoy alfresco feasts with a BBQ on the private balcony, accompanied by the soothing sounds of lapping waves and glimpses of the ocean.



The Space:

This thoughtfully designed two-storey beach house offers the ultimate family getaway footsteps from the waterfront. The main living area situated upstairs is drenched in natural light. Perfect for relaxing, it's complete with comfortable lounges, a TV and a gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances, makes meal preparation a breeze, while the expansive balcony offers a BBQ and outdoor seating, ideal for sunset dinners with glimpses of the water and lapping waves. From here you can access the lush garden down a set of steps, which features a fire pit for cosy evenings under the stars and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Downstairs, a secondary living area offers a TV and a convenient kitchenette for added flexibility. There is also a workspace to set up your laptop for Zoom calls and plenty of games and activities for the whole family.



The property boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, with ceiling fans and split-system cooling to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. The primary bedroom is set with a king bed, ensuite and access to a second balcony. Bedrooms two and three offer queen beds, while the fourth features two singles. A second ensuite and main bathroom ensure comfort and privacy.



Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry, a powder room, off-street parking and WiFi.



Firepit wood is supplied for guest use during the winter months. A starter pack of kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood is provided. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store. Please note: the indoor fireplace is gas-powered (no wood required).



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Beach Haven is perfectly situated in the serene Broadwater Beach area, known for its calm shores and family-friendly vibe. A short ten-minute drive brings you to the vibrant town of Busselton, with its iconic jetty and bustling cafés, while the charming village of Dunsborough is just fifteen minutes away, offering boutique shopping and local wineries. The region is a haven for nature lovers, with nearby walking trails, pristine beaches, and world-class Margaret River wineries to explore. Relax, unwind, and make lasting memories in this idyllic coastal location.

Parking: Off-street parking is provided in the driveway.



Airport: Margaret River Airport is a 20-minute drive away.



Public transport: The nearest bus stop is a 10-minute walk away.
