The Space:

Set within the peaceful Dunsborough Lakes neighbourhood, this stylish, coastal home offers bright, welcoming interiors that make it easy to settle in from the moment you arrive. Soft natural light, neutral tones, and generous open spaces create a calm setting for family holidays, weekends with friends, or extended stays in Dunsborough.



At the heart of the home, the open-plan living area invites everyone to gather, whether you're enjoying a movie on the comfortable lounge or opening the doors to let the fresh coastal breeze flow through. Beside the living space, the dining table provides the perfect place for shared meals, while the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, generous bench space, and a large island that makes preparing everything from breakfast to dinner effortless. A second lounge creates a separate zone for the kids, while a dedicated workspace provides a quiet corner for remote work or planning the next day's adventures



Sliding doors connect the living spaces to the private alfresco and landscaped gardens, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow that suits Dunsborough's laid-back lifestyle. Fire up the BBQ for long lunches, dine outdoors on warm evenings, or rinse away the sand beneath the private outdoor rainfall shower after a day spent at the beach. Surrounded by tropical planting, it's a refreshing way to end the day before settling in with a glass of local wine.



The primary bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. Two other bedrooms offer a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom includes two single beds. The main bathroom includes both a spacious shower and a freestanding soaking bath for added comfort, while the full laundry with a washing machine and dryer adds convenience for longer stays. With off-street parking and easy access to beaches, the Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course, cafés, and boutique shops, the home is perfectly positioned for a relaxed South West escape.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the spacious outdoor entertaining area and secure garage parking.



The Neighborhood:

Set in quiet Dunsborough Lakes, the home is moments from Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club, with its 18-hole course, driving range, and Lakeside Cafe, Bar & Bistro. Drive five minutes to Dunsborough’s town centre for Blue Manna Bistro, Yarri, Occy’s, The Pourhouse, cafés, boutiques, and the foreshore. Spend easy beach days at Dunsborough Beach or Geographe Bay, then venture to Meelup, Eagle Bay, Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, Ngilgi Cave, or Yallingup’s surf breaks. Wineries, breweries, coastal walks, and local producers across the Margaret River Region are all within easy reach.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
