The Space:

With two separate living areas, there’s plenty of room to gather or enjoy a little downtime. Settle into the main lounge with a morning coffee, or step onto the wraparound deck to enjoy the birdsong and serene atmosphere. The second living area features an oversized U-shaped sofa and TV, with books and games to keep the kids entertained during family movie nights. Fully ducted air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort, while the wood-burning fireplace adds a cosy touch on cooler evenings.



The kitchen provides the essential appliances for easy meal prep, complemented by vibrant green cabinetry that stands out against the timber interior. You may wish to bring your own condiments, rubbish bags, paper towels, and other pantry staples, as these are not supplied. The dining area, featuring an elegant eight-seater table, is perfect for shared meals and engaging conversations. Outdoors, there is a trampoline for kids and a fire pit for evening gatherings.



The three bedrooms are thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite with a shower and direct access to the wraparound deck, inviting you to step outside and enjoy the fresh forest air each morning. The second bedroom also offers a king bed, while the third is ideal for children, with a bunk bed and single bed. A second bathroom with a shower-over-bathtub and a separate toilet makes group stays convenient.



Free parking on-site and laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, ensure a seamless stay. Firewood is supplied during the colder months, with extra available at local stores.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Nestled in Yallingup’s serene bushland, this home is the ideal base for exploring the region’s treasures. Start your day with a scenic seven-minute drive to Yallingup Beach, where crystal-clear waters and golden sands await. Then head to Cape Naturaliste Vineyard for a delightful wine-tasting experience, just five minutes away. For craft beer lovers, Wild Hop Brewing Co. is only nine minutes by car. Explore the mystical Ngilgi Cave, just seven minutes away, before wrapping up your adventure with a visit to Yallingup Galleries nearby to discover local art.



Getting Around:

Parking: Ample off-street parking is provided.



Public transport: There are no public transport options within walking distance.



Airport: Busselton Margaret River Airport is a 34-minute drive away.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated. Thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.
