“The key card was barely working I couldn’t change my check out time so now they kicked me out and now I have no where to stay till 2pm… mind you it’s 11am. Took forever for water to warm and toliet had hard time flushing”

“El hotel está ubicado a 45 minutos de Pittsburgh lo que te permite tener una tarifa más atractiva. Cerca del hotel hay variedad de restaurantes con buen servicio y precio. Me hospede 3 noches. Ten en cuenta que durante tu estancia no hacen limpieza de la habitación por lo que debes pedir toallas extras si las necesitas.”

“All public areas and room were very clean. The staff were nice, and the front desk clerk was very professional. (He just talked rather fast, so at times it was hard to understand everything that he was saying.) We didn’t do breakfast, apparently that’s part of what I didn’t understand, but that’s ok! We came down to check out & had time to get breakfast, but chose not to - we had to get home. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Very disappointed with the poor quality of my stay. Very limited and dangerous parking options, no acceptable heating or A/C; everything in the unit was outdated, almost non-existent WiFi; no viable tv, bed sheets looked like they had been slept in; refrigerator did not cool properly, not enough hot water to take a shower; very loud plumbing- family showering or using the toilet kept me awake. I did not feel safe. No outside light/ tiny windows. Room needed to be vacuumed and dusted. Too close...

“The bad thing about my stay was your cable.T v system is absolutely horrible for this day and age.There is so much available.We couldn't even get the chicago affiliate or the national a.B.C.Station very disappointing.The way your cable was set up in the room.You couldn't tell what was on what channels until you go through each of them.One by one, it really needs an upgrade.And also, whoever designed the bathroom, it is absolutely microscopic.You could barely get changed in there. Room 123.”
