The house was in a perfect location. I was worried about it being “2nd row” as I usually stick to ocean front but you still walk right out of the door onto the sand. There is so much seating on 2 ocean facing balconies, with covered and uncovered portions for your preference. The outdoor showers and outdoor bathroom made it so easy to spend entire days on the beach. The house was clean and spacious with so much room for my family to spread out or spend time together playing games or having dinner. There are several great restaurants and ice cream shops less than a mile away. It was the perfect mixture of both quiet and convenience.
