Restricted breeds include: Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita, Doberman, Wolf-hybrid, Chow, Bull Mastiff, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Shar-Pei, guard/attack dogs, and any animal with a history of aggressive behavior or biting.

🐾 Quick Note:
We love your pup, but our furniture prefers to stay fur-free. If your dog is a natural couch climber, please bring or use a blanket to help protect the furniture. Dogs may NOT be left unattended in the home at any time.

• There is no sleeping allowed in the game room.
• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM till 8AM

Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of tobacco or nicotine products indoors or anywhere else on the property. However, marijuana is allowed outdoors.

• Parking for 1 vehicle is in the parking space closest to the road. A 2nd vehicle may be parked on the lawn.
• Guest entry is facilitated through a secure digital E-lock system with a unique code generated for each reservation.
• In the event of a power outage, the home is equipped with a whole-house generator.
• Toiletries and household essentials are provided as a starter kit for each stay.

• We live in a beautiful river ecosystem along the Saco River, which means you may encounter local wildlife and insects, especially during warmer months. You may spot blue herons, hawks, eagles, and other native wildlife around the property. While we work hard to keep the home comfortable and pest-free, some bugs outdoors are simply part of Maine nature 🌲 Bug spray is available under the kitchen sink for guest use.
