“My family and I stayed here for our first trip to Salem and it was the perfect spot for a weekend trip! The renovations are gorgeous, my mom really loved the bathroom. And there was plenty of room for all of us. It was easy to get to and is an easy walk to all of downtown. It was very easy to get a hold of the host if we had any questions. Truly a beautiful spot and would definitely stay again. ”

“The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”

“Adorable cottage close to the beach and main strip of Hampton Beach. The living space has been updated and has a great coastal/beachy vibe and was exactly as described. Everything that we needed for the weekend was provided to us, including plates and utensils, bath towels, linens, small appliances, etc. The AC unit also worked great. The host, David, was very responsive, and the check-in and check-out process couldn't have been easier. We had a wonderful weekend here and highly recommend!”

“Great host -- very communicative. Large, comfortable house with many amenities and a fantastic kitchen. We brought in a private chef for a special meal after a memorial service and appreciated the large dining room table that accommodated all twelve of our family members (only five of us stayed at the house, but there would have been plenty of room for almost everyone!). Perfect location and very easy to get around.”

“A beautiful gem. Clean, quiet and surrounded by nature. A small walk to the beach. At the end of the beach there is a captain's fishing rental for deep sea fishing and or seeing the river.Will definitely stay there again.Tony and Terry”

“Had a great time at Captain's Lookout! This adorable house was beautifully clean and had every amenity we could have wanted. It was in a great location, in walking distance to a couple of great restaurants on the harbor and many galleries, and in near driving distance to all of Gloucester, Bass Rocks, and Rockport. There is so much to do there! We had a great time, and would definitely book this again if we're in the Cape Ann area. Thank you!”

“Great location to visit Bearskin Neck. Lovely neighborhood on a cul de sac, so no traffic.The home was spacious. Big kitchen, a separate dining room, tv room that comfortably sits 8 or play games with the family. Entire home was well kept. Beautiful pool, clean and seating outside for 8-10.”
