No le gustó: Limpieza, servicios, condiciones de la propiedad
Ballina Beach Nature resort didn’t tell us the truth as we booked a cabin with a king bed and this was not supplied and said to contact Expedia as you had our money so they couldn’t give a refund
We stayed only one night instead of 4, as we didn’t have the correct room
Also they are certainly not a resort
I have cancer and use a walker for any distance walking and their “path to the beach” was totally useless for me as my walker couldn’t fit through there track
We feel like we have had the property misrepresented to us
They have a non refundable policy, which is illegal according to the ACCC, which is why the will refund nothing
Being pensioners and not in good health we were looking to a nice time not a nightmare, as this has now turned into
So, I would not recommend this business to anyone and would give negative stars if possible
This has now been going on for 5 days without resolution but I will take this further
