For what should have been a beautiful holiday, we are extremely disappointed with not only the state of the house (especially considering the cost) but also the lack of engagement with the property management company 'Your Luxury Escape'. See below the list of complaints we have submitted with zero response from the property management company despite 5x phone calls. - Access code never delivered, called number on gate of property - number no longer in service, found correct number in emails, was provided wrong access code after 20 minutes of them trying to locate said code, after another 20 minutes the correct code was located and we could enter the property. - Entire house was dirty, all bathrooms smelt of urine so strongly that we had to clean the toilets ourselves and scrub caked urine off the toilet seats, couldn't lay on the floor with my toddler because the floors were so covered in other peoples hair and dust, ants and rubbish in upstairs bedroom.- Internet drops out constantly, you cannot even sit and watch a movie as a family because the wifi is so intermittent. - Garage door went up but wouldn't go down after that - security risk.- Not supplied with appropriate linen, one of the beds was not made and there is no spare linen or blankets so we had to purchase our own while we were there, just to use one of the beds that was included.- It was so bad that we left a night early and went home.The list goes on but I'm out of characters.
