“Nos dieron una habitación para disxapacitados cuando habíamos reservado una de luxe. El baño diseñado para disxapacitados mojaba todo el recinto cuando nos duchábamos. ”

This car was still taking up two spots even when we left so the owner was not informed. After some time we found the main office and were given the keys. All good helpful people in the office.”

“Apartment smelt strongly of chlorine on arrival. Pillows are the worst quality and the cheapest. Some furniture are better suited in the hard rubbish. Wifi very slow and useless ”

“Genuinely so awful. I couldn’t stay there despite having paid over $600 for two nights. The rooms are dirty, smelly and grimy and the accommodation is unsafe. As a single woman travelling alone I felt instantly nervous. ”

“Rooms were old and dainted, had issues with the air-conditioning on night 2, they offered fans which was unacceptable so i demanded a new room which they reluctantly obliged after some convincing. Found some of the staff rude and not hospitable. Wont be using this hotel again and will definitely NOT be recommending it to anyone. ”
