Nuestra espaciosa casa con encanto dispone de un amplio jardín de 1700 metros con bonitos árboles y frutales además de una amplia piscina privada con valla y cierre. Disponemos de barbacoa exterior y chimenea. Es ideal para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos.

Está a tan solo 8 minutos caminando de Cabezón de la Sal, en la zona hay bonitos senderos para caminar , salir en bici y disfrutar del aire del campo y del río. Dispone de una ubicación excelente, estamos aproximadamente a 10 minutos de la playa de Comillas, 15 de Bárcena Mayor, 20 de Santillana del Mar y 30 de Santander. Todo a mano y nuestro servicio personalizado a su disposición para asesorarle en lugares para visitar, rutas, restaurantes o que necesite para que sus vacaciones sean inolvidables.

La casa dispone de 5 habitaciones dobles y sofá cama en una de las salitas. Ofrece menaje completo y ropa de cama cumpliendo con protocolos de desinfección anti Covid y todas las medidas de seguridad necesarias para su tranquilidad.

En el amplio jardín tenemos barbacoa, piscina vallada, mesas y sillas extras para comer, amplias sombrillas, hamacas y todo lo que necesita para pasar una excelente estancia.

Cocina completa con amplio y luminoso comedor con terraza.

En la bodega disponemos de un área de juegos con mesa de ping pong, juegos infantiles.

Además, si te apetece celebrar un evento privado personalizado con música en vivo, dj, animación infantil (Cumpleaños, aniversarios, fiestas privadas, ect.. ) cuéntanos que deseas y te ayudaremos a que sea una fiesta inolvidable, ya que “ ponemos el corazón en lo que hacemos”
