“The cottage was comfortable for us. It wasn't the height of summer, so it was very quiet and pleasant. It was great being across the street from the beach. It is within waking distance to a great ice cream place. The place very clean and had been upgraded. We would stay there again.”

“We travel to this area of Cape Cod almost every year and we love it! The location of this unit is good if you are okay with being a little bit off the water. Braemar is a quiet area. The pool is very nice and the sitting area in the back is peaceful. We do a lot of our cooking in and the kitchen could use a few upgrades. I wouldn’t say that I agree that it’s a well stocked kitchen but you can definitely make it work. You may want to bring a frying pan, some spoons, bowls and a full size coffee...
