Please follow all posted parking signs and local regulations. Guests are responsible for any parking fees or violations.

Birthday celebrations may be accommodated if arranged ahead of time.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit of $150 might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- One small pet is allowed at this property with a $70 USD fee.

- Please note that laundry access is only available for stays longer than one week.

- Disposable items: Please note guests must bring their own disposable cups and plates.
