We stayed in the unit on the ground floor that was the 1000 sq ft unit, the beach is a truly just a 60-second walk away from the beach down a private walkway. “Our stay here was great! The townhouse was clean and spacious. It get’s very hot even in late October but the breeze is great and there are two air conditioning units that help a lot. The private plunge pool is an amazing feature and we did use the infinity pool within the complex. Rincón is just a few minutes away by car and there are a ton of places to eat there as small shops. “Excellent place to stay near Rincon. Host had 10 star communication. Being on the water you will be close to nature. We saw huge tarpon swimming around reefs (view from upper deck). Birds like pelicans flying by every day. There is a reef that scuba divers swim too just off shore. The only downside to this place is that if you are a light sleeper, the waves can be very loud, and the chickens wake up at 3-5am. Also loud. You do get used to the sounds a bit. Overall excellent...
