The propoerty was excellent. There are howver a few issues that spoiled our stay. Firstly the pool never functioned correctly from the first day of our 5 week stay until a few days before the end. The skimmer did not function at all due to a malfunctioning 3 way valve. We reported this and it appeared that this problem had just occurred when we arraived but according to the pool maintenace crew this had been reported by them to the management some time before. Blue Zone alluded to the fact that we were the first to report this in text meassages when we complained about having to clean the pool ourselkves to be able to use it. The valve was replaced about a week before we left but unfortuantely the inlet valve to the pool was not closed properly which made the pool level too high againn preventing the skimmer from working. Another annoying issue was that a neighbouring property had a fault in the alarm system which made the alrm go off on four occasions. This in itself would have been OK if someone responded and switched the alarm off within a reasonable time but this was not the case. The alarm stayed on for about 2 to 3 hours - once in late evening and another time through the night from midniight to 3.30am. The noise obviously was disruptive in an otherwise tranquil environment. This begs the question as to why there was an alarm system at all if it took somone so long to respond. Instructions left inside the house for operation of appliances were inadequate,
