  • Villa Fugata: This truly spectacular one-of-a-kind home is a brand new awe-inspiring 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom luxury home that sits directly oceanfront on a cliff perched 100 feet above the pacific Ocean. Each bedroom features its own full bathroom, high end beds/linens, and spectacular décor and finishes. The property features A/C throughout and boasts a few different private decks on both levels including a private 2nd level deck that sits perched above the ocean. The beautiful infinity edge pool will leave you refreshed and relax as you take in the truly breathtaking 180 degree views above the waves, beaches, coves and estuaries of gorgeous Playa Flamingo!

    The kitchen has been designed for the discerning food lover, with Professional stainless equipment, refrigerator, wine cooler, oven, dishwasher and gas cooktop stove. There is also a washer and dryer, phone, WiFi and cable TV. All of this is intermingled with the spacious living area with ample seating and is a space that seamlessly blends from indoors to outdoors with an open air concept. Relax on the sunset terrace, enjoy the sundeck on your chaise lounge or just take a seat and overlook the infinity pool as the picture perfect sunset spectacle happens daily. Nature abounds around Villa Fugata including monkeys, birds, iguanas, butterflies, and even whales in season!

We had an amazing time at the Flamingo house! It is set up beautifully and our family had a great few days in Tamarindo. The cleaners and pool technician were helpful as well. We would love to visit again! Thank you Bilitis!

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the host. The home is absolutely stunning and the views are unreal. The staff is so helpful and the daily cleaning/pool cleaning is really great...like staying in a hotel with the benefits of being in a home. The host was incredible and responded to my questions immediately. We had a golf cart which made getting to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants so easy. Ubers were also super easy to get for farther away locations. Would definitely stay again!!!!

We love the location of this property. Very good communication and so helpful to make sure you have the best stay. We enjoyed the massages that were arranged for us and the staff that cleans the pool and pool deck each day are so hardworking. This was our second trip and hopefully we will return again someday.

Villa Fugata was an amazing house on top of a hill. It was hard leaving the house as the infinity pool with the ocean views was a beautiful, once in a lifetime view. On top on that, Bilitis, our host was very prompt and professional to whatever issues we had. She also help planned our trip and was very detailed, organized and knowledgeable. Costa Rica is a lush, beautiful, natural place so don’t be alarmed with any critters or animals you may encounter. Pura Vida!

The host is absolutely amazing and acts like a personal concierge helping to arrange private tours, private chefs, in-house massage. The works! The cleaning lady is awesome, and she will do laundry. The grounds crew cleans the outside ant the pool each day. We absolutely loved this trip! Totally fantastic all the way around.

We had an incredible time staying here. Very close to everything you might want to do in Playa Flamingo but still tucked away in a very quiet location. It is at the top of the hill and the view is even more spectacular in person! The house is a stunning design and well stocked. We were completely comfortable throughout our stay. Lastly, I cannot say enough how amazing the property owners are. Bilitis patiently answered all my questions throughout the months leading up to our trip and arranged all of our excursions and transfers, which we were not expecting but greatly appreciated. She never steered us wrong! She, and Benjamin, the caretaker, promptly helped us several times throughout our stay (when we ran out of coffee filters, they were at the door in 10 minutes with more!). We had an amazing time because of their efforts. We will definitely be back.

Everything about our stay was AMAZING. The host is incredible. She proactively reached out and offered us many recommendations on things to do. She arranged for a private boat and an in house chef. Her property is nothing short of spectacular and her team was also welcoming and fantastic. We would stay here every time we visit. The views will take your breath away!!!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to meet all my needs—whether relaxing in the cozy living area, swimming in the infiniti pool or enjoying the beautiful views from the balconies.The location was ideal, offering both peace and easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. Every detail, from the amenities to the attentive service, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the Villa Fuguta to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway. Absolutely unforgettable stay at Villa Fugata. We absolutely loved our time at this home and were truly sad to leave. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the house, the attention to detail, and how welcoming everything felt.The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The pool area was stunning and incredibly well cared for, and the extra amenities made such a difference — pool toys, games, books, and thoughtful touches like beach bags that made our stay so easy and enjoyable. Bilitis went above and beyond. She is incredibly kind, accommodating, and was extremely easy to work with. She is simply the best and made our stay extra special, we were quite impressed with the fact that there was a bottle of champagne and chocolate brought up to the house on my birthday.The location of the house is perfect with gorgeous views, close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet at night.We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Costa Rica and would not hesitate to stay here again.
