- vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron,

- radiators, smoke detector, hangers,
- elevator for easy access to the apartment.

The apartment is located just 100 meters from the beach and features a balcony to enjoy the outdoors.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

Please note the following additional fees:
- Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e
