This cozy attic double room measures 9 m², including the private bathroom. It features a 1.35 × 1.90 m double bed, private bathroom with shower, TV, and a small fridge. Located on the top floor of a traditional 1787 house, you access it via a restored chestnut staircase. Due to the sloped roof, ceiling height is reduced in parts of the bathroom and shower area.



There is no kitchen or suitable space for preparing or eating meals. The room is ideal for resting after a day in the mountains or traveling, especially for guests who value cleanliness, peace, and a good location.



Common areas include a small reception and a shared stone lounge with original character. For cooking or more space, consider booking one of the apartments.

Monte Caoru is located in the center of Arenas de Cabrales, in a restored 18th-century stone building that preserves its original stone and wood structure. It’s an ideal base for exploring the Picos de Europa.



The house is set in the heart of Cabrales, within walking distance of the village atmosphere and excellent routes and landscapes of the Picos de Europa. Nearby, you can visit restaurants, terraces, and lively tapas bars, especially in summer. There’s also a Cabrales cheese aging cave and shops where you can buy it.



Street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted. The hosts live on the property, but not in your accommodation. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
