"Very cute and intimate house with an amazing view!! The dock was perfect for our boat (and our proposal!!). The dock lights and half of the board walk lights did not work, but was otherwise perfect! Will definitely be coming back! "

"Our family of 11 had a great time this weekend at hubbard shores. Yes, the water levels are low but that is Texas at the current time. The house and property are beautiful. Communication with owners was easy and great. Easy access to property as well. Listing says it sleeps 12 but I would say 10 unless you have 3 people sleeping in the king size beds. You do have to walk through one bedroom to get to the back bedroom. The 3 bathrooms are great and plenty of storage. Also washer & dryer...

"We had a great time at this little bungalow. The property was beautiful, it was so nice to be right on the water and we woke up with the resident deer right outside our door. The cove was a great place for swimming or just floating around in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Not a lot of room for extra luggage so just pack light. I accidentally left a few items behind and the host was amazing and had it in the mail to me the next day. We will definitely be coming back."

"Great location to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Enjoyed a 3 day weekend with my family of four, my sister's family of four and our Mom and Dad. There was enough space for everyone to get a good nights rest. Great location for fishing off the dock and to dock the boat. Glad we brought all our groceries with us and grill. Rain didn't stop us from fishing and cooking outside!"

However a 79 dollar cleaning fee above the140 dollars a night was execessive, considering the amount of food left stuck in between Every Board of picnic style dining table,yuk, We were two adults who barely used the microwave, showered and slept. "The house has been updated well and the property is well maintained. Unfortunately it rained most of the weekend we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy any time outside on the property or lake. If the weather was nicer, we would have had a much more fun time."

"Great location that is in a prime spot on PK. The water at the home's dock can get rough based on location and recommend pulling boat out of water on weekends and busy days. The boat ramp is close and convenient."

"We rented this house for memorial weekend for our family and another family. (4 adults and 3 teenagers). We brought our two wave runners as well. The house was perfect. The house is on the lake with a dock for us to tie skis to and to swim from. It’sClose to state park for launching. The house is rather secluded which the owner informed us ahead of time to come self contained as trips to the closest stores were quite a drive. "Our stay was wonderful, they do have air conditioning in the Bungalows, the website doesn’t tell you that. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. It’s clean, comfortable. I got to feed the deer each day. It’s located in a private area of the lake. The only thing we had to bring was food, drinks and paper products. We will be returning "
