“Overall great visit and I would stay again. All communication was great and check in very easy. Inside was clean, well appointed, and in great shape. King bed we used was nice and comfortable. Although inside was great, outside was in need of a major cleaning. Lots of dirt, dead bugs, old spider webs and mud dauber nests everywhere on walls, windows and doors. “Great location allows you to quickly get to lodge or Cadiz or LBL. Soft beds! Everything you need in the kitchen. Couldn’t use cushioned chairs on deck until they dried out from rain, but we brought our own.”

“The place was very nice. Rain caused some glitches in our plans. Only things that we would have liked to have in the rental that it didn't were a bathroom exhast fan & maybe some seasonings and oil in the kitchen.”

“Our son stayed here while visiting his girlfriend who attends Murray State. Communication with Host was excellent prior to arrival and during his stay. Son and his girlfriend both said property was clean, cozy and comfortable and the location was great. Definitely recommend and will stay here again on future visits!”

“This property was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The only complaint that we had was a lack of hand towels for kitchen and bathrooms and no bathroom washcloths as well. But overall a good stay. Would stay there again.”

“Back yard unusable, needed to be mowed. Kitchen flooring is coming apart. Main bath so narrow, that your knees touch the wall when toileting. We enjoyed the dock and kayaks. Though all 4 adults do not fit comfortably on the dock at the same time.”

“A ladies family group ranging in age from 28 to 90 spent 3 nights at the property. Check in was easy and so was check out, well as easy as it could be with 14 women (lol). Had to contact Todd and responded very quickly and issue was resolved within an hour. Plenty of towels and washcloths (there aren't always plenty) and beds were comfy. LOVED the porch.
