When we first checked in I was disappointed of the location. I thought it was closer to the airport. We checked in and was given a room on the first floor. The key didn't work. I guess the locks battery was dead. We were tired and requested another room. It was supposed to be an upgrade. I hope it was not. The room was clean but in need of some real repairs. The toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall. All of the shelving in the room was falling off and really loose. Room 431. In the closet and over the toilet. There is a piece missing from the rolling shower door. Really in need of maintenance. The very bright spot was the lounge/diner area. I didn't catch the lady's name but she has an English accent. She is awesome. Took our order for food, drinks and awesome service. The food was delicious and the drinks were cold. I thought the Hilton Hotels were better than this. Not planning on using them in the future. Best western blew them out of the water. Just glad it was only one night.

Wonderful small Inn in Pittsburgh. I had previously attended high tea, which was delightful, so decided to stay there for this trip - all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and breakfast was delicious! Delightful Inn!
