  • Cozy ground-floor apartment with a terrace where you can observe the local wildlife that visits the garden. It features spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a comfortable fully equipped kitchen. This well-maintained wooden house offers a warm and homey atmosphere. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Ideal for a peaceful and relaxing stay in a forest setting near the ocean.

    The property is spacious and surrounded by a lush garden, with a two-story house that offers two completely independent apartments.

    The house is located on a hill, so to reach it you must go up a slope of approximately 150 meters. Access to the apartment is via stairs, and any type of vehicle can reach the property without difficulty.

    The beach is only 600 meters away; it’s a very pleasant walk. However, if you have mobility issues, it may be more comfortable to arrive by motorcycle or vehicle.

    Guests have exclusive access to their private apartment and may enjoy the shared garden areas. The other areas of the house correspond to the second apartment and should be respected as private.

    I will be available by phone from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. if you need anything, whether it’s information about the area or any details regarding the apartment. Check-in is self-service, designed for your convenience. Although you will always have my support if anything comes up, the idea is that you enjoy your stay independently and with complete freedom.

    Playa Chiquita, in Puerto Viejo, is a charming seaside neighborhood. Mista French Road is famous for its beauty and relaxed atmosphere. Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, it offers an eclectic mix of local shops, bars, and restaurants. The nearby beach invites you to swim and enjoy beautiful sunny days. The friendly and welcoming community makes Playa Chiquita a hidden gem for visitors—an authentic Caribbean experience!

    In the Playa Chiquita and Puerto Viejo area, there are several ways to get around and explore:

    1. Walking: Most attractions and points of interest in this area are within a reasonable walking distance. It’s a great way to appreciate the natural beauty and soak in the relaxed atmosphere while strolling through the streets and trails.

    2. Bicycle: One of the most popular ways to get around the area is by bicycle. You can rent bikes in advance through us—they will be waiting at the house when you arrive. Bicycles are ideal for covering longer distances and exploring different beaches and points of interest in the region.

    3. Car, motorcycle, or ATV: If you prefer more autonomy and comfort while getting around, you can rent a car. Use **Adobe Car** and the code **“BLISS”** for special discounts. You can also rent a motorcycle or ATV—contact us to reserve in advance.

    4. Public transportation: There are local bus services that connect Playa Chiquita with nearby towns and popular tourist destinations. It’s an affordable option for getting around, although schedules can sometimes be limited.

    5. Taxi: If you prefer not to worry about driving, you can take a taxi. Taxis are a convenient way to reach specific places quickly.

    Please note that the property has two completely independent apartments. On the upper floor lives a person with their small dog, who is very playful and friendly. 🐾

    So that everyone can enjoy a relaxed environment, we kindly ask that you:
    • Do not smoke inside the property.
    • Avoid parties.
    • Keep music and conversations at a moderate volume (around 60 dB, equivalent to a normal conversation).

    🛎 House Rules – Please read carefully

    We want you to enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay. To ensure this, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules:

    📲 Online Check-in
    For security and regulatory compliance, it is mandatory to complete the online check-in through our direct channel.
    We may request an identity document as part of the process.

    🕒 Schedule
    Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
    Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

    🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Respect and coexistence
    The property is located in a residential neighborhood. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward neighbors and the surrounding environment.

    🔇 Quiet hours
    Every day from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

    🎉 Parties and events
    Parties and events are not allowed without prior and explicit authorization from the PROPERTY MANAGER.

    🚫 Capacity and visitors
    Only the guests registered in the reservation are allowed to stay on the property. Additional visitors are not permitted.

    🛠 Damages and modifications
    Causing damage or making modifications to the property is not allowed.
    In case of damages, the full security deposit may be retained and the incident may be reported to the authorities if necessary.

    🐾 Pets
    Pets are only allowed with prior authorization from the PROPERTY MANAGER and under specific conditions.

    🌿 Use of green areas
    Urinating in the gardens and lighting fires anywhere on the property are not allowed.

    🧍‍♂️ Guest responsibility
    The guest is responsible for taking care of the property and all items within it.

    🔐 Security
    Always lock the door when leaving the house, regardless of how long you will be away.

    💡 Energy saving
    Please turn off lights, fans, and the stove when they are not in use.

    🚭 Smoking and substances
    Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
    The use of narcotics or substances that alter behavior is not allowed. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

    🗝 Keys
    When leaving, always place the keys in the lockbox and hide the code.
    Lost keys will result in a $150 charge for a lock replacement.

    💆‍♀️ Additional services
    Extra services (massages, tours, bicycle rentals, private chef, etc.) must be paid at the time they are requested.

    📢 Noise
    Noise levels must remain below 60 decibels throughout the day, according to regulations for residential areas in Costa Rica.
    Loud music and activities that generate excessive noise are not permitted.

    🏠 Important information about the house
    The house has two floors. On the upper floor there is a resident who lives there with a very friendly little dog.
    Guests are asked to fully respect their space and coexistence. Smoking and parties are not allowed, as this is a shared home within a residential environment.
