This modern and stylishly furnished apartment is situated right on the beachfront, offering breathtaking views of the Coral Sea. With three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to six guests comfortably.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a spa bath, and direct access to the balcony where you can enjoy stunning ocean views. The second and third bedroom feature a queen and two single beds respectively, and there is an additional bathroom for convenience.

The living and dining area is open-plan and beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table that seats six. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a dishwasher and microwave.

The apartment has a spacious balcony where you can relax and take in the stunning views of the ocean, or enjoy a meal al fresco on the outdoor dining table. There is also a communal pool and spa, as well as a BBQ area for guests to use.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-In Process: We offer an in-person meet and greet at check-in. Please confirm an arrival time prior to 6 PM. For arrivals after this time, late check-in may be arranged at an additional cost, but please confirm with us before booking.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
