I never like to give negative reviews but unfortunately this property did not live up to the pictures / expectations from the listing. Whilst the inside was neat and the place is in a great spot. A few things could not go unnoticed. Some of the pictures are very misleading, the driveway is steep with lots of overhanging trees causing lots of leaf litter and bird droppings on car; the ensuite bathroom is through a cupboard; the staircase is very steep; outside area has been neglected with lots of weeds, sections of the pavers have sunkin which presents a number of uneven surfaces, the artifical grass area is also very uneven resulting in the the lounge area falling back onto the fence and is unusable; inside lounge suite dirty, armrest damaged and bbq also damaged. I would ring Belle Escapes first before booking this property to check if its suitable for your family and to ask for recent photos. Its a shame as this place would be amazing with a bit of TLC
