“We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was excellent. Very clean, with a starter pack of consumables. The unit was on the ground floor, this was outstanding as our groups average age was 70+. Reception was staffed by a lovely, thoughtful lady. The room had everything imaginable for a travelling party. The extent of inclusions available to us made this the best unit we have used.”

“This was a nice comfortable stay in a very convenient location halfway between the beach and the main shopping centre in Trinity Beach. The apartment is spacious and clean, as is the bathroom. A nice courtyard, good kitchen and modern washing machine and dryer. The bed was comfortable and the whole complex is nice and quiet for a great sleep. Restaurants, bars, the beach, shops and public transport are all less than 10 minutes casual walk. Check-in and check out were a breeze. Very friendly....

“Since we arrive Cedric helped us out with the check in. We arrived late at night because of a delay flight. We were tired and Cedric made sure we had a smooth and fast check in so we could get to rest. He was friendly and nice. In the reception there was Avril, she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She helped us with all our tour booking, gave us recommendations, helped us with our transportation. She was very patiencent and always with a smile ready to help. The restaurant...

“Was disappointed that check in is 4pm The pool is amazing and the 3 BR apartment was suitable for our needs although there was confusion with booking system as reception had us in a 1 BR”

Location was so convenient to walk everywhere we needed to go like: close to the daily night market, the pick up location of both Kuranda rail tour and Great Barrier Reef tours, Esplanade lagoon, great food (all under 10mins). So we didn’t need a car. Apt was clean and over all looked newer esp kitchen appliances, dishes and cooking utensils. ”

“When we arrived we had to clean the room, floors were dirty and sticky, wash mould off the bathroom wall tiles and ceiling and the sofa was also broken. Once we cleaned and propped up the sofa our stay was great. Best views and position on the Esplanade. Stayed for 4 weeks and would stay again.”

“Great experience at Cairns Apartments. The accomodations were great and the location of the apartments very centrical. I want to mention the incredible service of Anna and Buffy that were so hepful with us in everything we needed. I can only heartly recomend those apartments to anyone who wants to visit Cairns.”
